Delivery of original documents to BMI's facility is facilitated with a BMI vehicle and driver. BMI will ensure that the original files are only off-site for a minimal amount of time. If you prefer to convert your documents at your location, our people will prepare and scan your information on-site without interfering with your daily operations.For many clients across the Country, standard shipping services such as UPS or FedEx are acceptable methods of transferring microfilm, microfiche or documents to one of BMI's HIPAA-compliant, Northern California facilities.
