Our goal is to identify areas of your business that may potentially benefit from a BMI solution.BMI typically conducts a thorough assessment of your requirements, including document and data flow, paper volumes, retention plans, schedule sensitivity, workflow plans and IT infrastructure. The BMI account representative reviews the data, organizes the results and provides multiple options, giving you a range of solutions that will save your organization time and money.Our initial, informal presentation gives you an opportunity to ask many questions about BMI's proposed solutions. We'll make several recommendations, based on years of experience, and present an analysis weighing the pros and cons of various approaches to content management.By this stage of the BMI sales process, you will be satisfied that BMI can produce tangible results. Utilizing all of the feedback gathered throughout the process, BMI will make a written proposal detailing the deliverables, costs and schedule for your project. BMI typically provides samples of the work being considered as a proof of concept prior to beginning the conversion.
