If you prefer to convert your documents at your location, BMI personnel can prepare and scan your information on-site without interfering with your daily operations.Document preparation is the process of making the original documents scanner ready (e.g. removal of staples, unfolding documents). We then scan and index your paper and/or microforms using the latest technologies from leading hardware and software vendors that include Canon, Kodak, Mekel and Wicks and Wilson.BMI supports multiple formats, including single page and multi page TIFF, PDF, PDF/A and LZW. We can deliver your digital documents via CD, FTP upload and even import the information directly into your current document management system on a regular basis. In addition, BMI can store off-site copies of your data for further security.
